Teinco expands its metrology offer: new dimensional calibrations.
We offer to the companies new procedures based on standard (CEM) and ENAC calibrated standards, to calibrate among others the equipment of habitual use within its program of self-control of closures.
With this new service, we put at your disposal the calibration of the image projectors used for the review of the cross sections of the metal fasteners, the calibration of thickness gauges, cell depth gauges, cylindrical standards and in general any micrometer, caliper, etc. whose field of measurement is within the scope of our standards.
Evaluation and consulting service for calibration plans.
With this service we help you to evaluate your calibration plan and define the necessary actions for its optimization or, in case it does not exist, for its implementation.
We offer you:
• Identify the equipment subject to calibration and verification, within your process and facilities.
• Define and interpret the possible acceptance criteria for your measurement equipment and if you already have them developed, we evaluate them for you.
• Define or analyze internal calibration procedures.
• Evaluate measurement equipment adjustment processes.
• Define or analyze verification procedures between calibrations.
• Review calibration and verification periods.
• Interpret external calibration certificates.
• Select suitable calibration suppliers.
This consultancy process is intended to provide the company with the necessary tools to have an adequate technical control of its measuring equipment while allowing it to comply with the requirements set by its customers or those present in the various existing standards (ISO 9000, IFS, BRC...).
Our Metrology and Calibration Laboratory currently provides the following services:
1.-Performance of calibrations and issuance of calibration certificates with traceability by ENAC standards recognized according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard.
2.- Elaboration and supervision of specific calibration plans for each company adapted to the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard.
Temperature
- Calibration of glass column thermometers, digital probes and data loggers (from -30 oC to 200 oC).
- Calibration of freezing chambers, freezing tunnels and refrigeration chambers (from -30 oC to 30 oC).
- Calibration and performance of stability and uniformity studies in refrigeration chambers and incubation or drying ovens (from 0 oC to 120 oC).
- Heat distribution studies in sterilization retorts.
- Heat penetration studies in food.
Pressure
- Calibration of pressure gauges and relative pressure transducers in the range of -1 to 300 bar.
- Pressure verification inside isobaric chambers.
Mass
- Calibration of laboratory analytical balances (from 1 mg) with standard masses.
- Calibration of in-plant scales and balances (up to 30 kg) with standard masses.
- Verification of masses of class F2 or lower.
Dimensional:
- Calibration of micrometers, calipers, thickness gauges with class 0 standard blocks (from 0.10 mm to 50 mm).
- Time: Calibration of time recorders, stopwatches.
