Thermometers
Conventional thermometers, digital thermometers.
Research and the advance of new technologies have allowed the development of the digital thermometer that allows the elimination of mercury and improves the functionality and adaptation to the retort compared to the conventional thermometer.
With the aim of finding a temperature measurement system with better guarantees offered by mercury thermometers and applying new technologies, Teinco develops TERMODIX, the digital thermometer for retorts.
Termodix Project
The Termodix project, Development of a digital temperature control system for industrial sterilization processes, has been funded by Axencia Galega de Innovación da Consellería de Economía e Industria da Xunta de Galicia.
Presentation
Termodix is a battery operated digital thermometer, equipped with PT-100 probe, 3-digit LCD, with high readability even in low light and a polycarbonate display that ensures a high resistance to humidity, even under harsh environmental conditions, installed inside a stainless steel case.
Features:
- Pt100 input sensor.
- Measuring range -30...150ºC.
- Degree of protection: IP65.
- Ambient working temperature: -0ºC to 60 ºC.
- Humidity: maximum 98%.
- Approximate battery life: 1 year.
- Accuracy
- Unlike conventional thermometers (mercury and alcohol) that have to be viewed at a short distance and at the same angle, Termodix can be viewed at about 5 meters and from different angles.
AT Temp Digital Thermometer
It is the replacement for mechanical style thermometers in the food industry.
