AT 540 process controller for retorts and cookers
The AT540 programmer ensures process control and supervision in retorts and cookers. It incorporates a state-of-the-art 15" touch screen that facilitates the interaction with the machine and the visualization of the process data. This equipment has been developed by Teinco in compliance with CFR 21 part 11.
Our programmer can be configured to successfully carry out thermal processes in retorts equipped with heating systems and different operating modes.
These are:
- Heating system:
- Steam Only
- Water spray retorts
- Water cascade retorts
- Fan Retorts (steam - air)
- Flood Retorts
- Operating Mode:
- Static
- Pendulum
- Rotary
- With or without plate heat exchanger.
Process monitoring and data logging system (SCADA)
The SteriBruSoft SCADA system monitors and records process data in real time in accordance with FDA CFR21 Part 11.
Our SCADA system allows you to obtain and print reports in PDF format and export files in CSV format among many other functions.
